Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Aahaaraveda Nutritional Consultancy.
As every consultation and diet plan is based on professional time, expertise, and personalised work, please read the following policy carefully before making payment.
1. Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is payable in advance to confirm your appointment.
The consultation fee covers the consultation only and does not include personalised diet plans, follow-up consultations, or long-term wellness programmes.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time.
3. Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
4. Refunds
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Because personalised diet plans and wellness programmes are individually designed for each client, they are non-refundable once preparation has commenced or the plan has been delivered.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once due to a technical or payment processing error, verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment Issues
If payment is successfully processed but your appointment is not confirmed due to a technical issue, please contact us with your payment reference.
Once verified, we will either confirm your booking or arrange an appropriate refund.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Aahaaraveda Nutritional Consultancy.
