Āyurvedic Diet Plans
Providing Everything You Need

Regular Two-Week Diet Plan
Each Aahaaraveda diet plan is thoughtfully handcrafted to provide complete nutritional support while ensuring every meal is enjoyable, varied, practical, and easy to digest. Designed around your unique body constitution, health condition, lifestyle, and personal preferences, the plan aims to deliver effective, sustainable results that fit naturally into your daily routine.
As part of our long-term wellness programmes, your diet plan is reviewed after two weeks to assess your progress, understand what has worked well, identify any challenges, and refine the plan accordingly. This ongoing optimisation helps improve adherence, enhances results, and ensures the plan continues to evolve with your changing needs.
Every effort is made to make your meal plan simple to follow and satisfying, taking into account your taste preferences, cooking habits, schedule, regional cuisine, and locally available ingredients. A personalised grocery list is also provided to make shopping and meal preparation easier and more convenient.

Intermittent Fasting Diet Plan
This plan is designed for individuals with busy, on-the-go lifestyles. It typically includes two balanced main meals, complemented by nourishing snacks rich in protein, fibre, and antioxidants throughout the day.
It may be suitable for individuals who naturally tolerate longer gaps between meals without experiencing excessive hunger, fatigue, dizziness, or a drop in energy. It can support healthy weight management when appropriate for the individual. However, it is not recommended for everyone, particularly those with weaker digestion, reduced metabolic capacity, certain medical conditions, or those who do not tolerate prolonged fasting well.
At Aahaaraveda, intermittent fasting is never recommended as a one-size-fits-all approach. It is considered only after a comprehensive assessment of your body constitution, health status, digestion, lifestyle, and personal goals to ensure it is both safe and beneficial for you.

Detox Diet
This plan is offered as a short-term metabolic reset when a conventional balanced diet may not provide the level of cleansing or weight-loss support required within healthy limits. Rather than following a generic detox approach, it is carefully tailored to your unique Ayurvedic body constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha, or a combination), ensuring that the foods selected support your body's natural needs while maintaining adequate energy and nutritional balance.
For example, a Vata-dominant individual may benefit from a nourishing, warm, and grounding cleanse, whereas a Kapha-dominant individual may be better suited to a lighter, more stimulating, and cleansing approach. Every detox plan is individually designed to support the body's natural elimination processes without unnecessary deprivation.
Because detox programmes are intentionally restrictive, they are prescribed only for a limited period and under professional guidance, after which a balanced, sustainable eating plan is reintroduced to ensure long-term nutritional adequacy and lasting results.
The programme incorporates a carefully selected combination of detox drinks, fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, tailored to your individual constitution and health needs. Depending on what best suits your body, foods may be recommended in their raw or cooked form to support optimal digestion and nourishment.
Meals and snacks are strategically timed and thoughtfully balanced to promote natural cleansing while maintaining steady energy levels and satiety. The focus is on supporting your body's natural processes without leaving you feeling deprived, excessively hungry, or nutritionally compromised.
Every Diet Plan Begins with a Consultation
At Aahaaraveda, no diet plan is prepared without first understanding you. Every recommendation—whether it's a personalised balanced meal plan, an intermittent fasting programme, or a therapeutic detox plan—is created only after a detailed consultation and assessment of your health history, body constitution (Prakriti), digestion, lifestyle, food preferences, daily routine, and wellness goals.
This ensures your plan is safe, practical, sustainable, and truly personalised—because the best nutrition plan is the one designed specifically for you.
